Lemon Essential Oils

Is it safe to use my lemon essential oil in my laundry?

I love the smell and have read ppl saying you can add some to laundry but my question is…….how many drops for an average size load and do I add it to the wash or rinse cycle?

Oil and laundry is bad- I’ve heard it can be flammable.
