Does this Viva La Juicy perfume come with an actual Juicy Couture necklace or is it just a charm?

I got a sample in the mail and it smells sooo good, but I also really want to use my money to get a Juicy Couture necklace, but if this already comes with one that I can get both.

What I would do is keep getting samples at the mall, like the little spritzers and buy a Juicy necklace now.

Then, ask for Viva La Juicy for Christmas, or whichever holiday you celebrate.
