Essential Oils For Bath & Body And Candle Making?
I’ve decided I’d like to get more serious with my candle making and bath and beauty hobbies. Since I didn’t do it that often I have never shopped for good supplies. I was hoping someone could give me a few websites where I can buy high quality oils? I found a few but the selection is slim. I would like to find a place that has tons of different scents. I’m also hoping to find an online store where I can buy other high quality supplies as well….soap, wax, wicks, molds, dry herbs…you name it! Also…if you know of a place where I can get some tips, ideas and recipes I would be very gratefull! I want to get quite fancy with some of them. Any help you can offer would be greatly and deeply appreciated. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and I hope you have an amazing day!

The best place to start is the Candle Cauldron. It has a lot of information about testing, researching and creating. As a professional in the scented works biz, I will say that we are a pretty closed mouth bunch about sharing our specific suppliers. Pepsi wouldn’t ask Coke for a list of their ingredients, etc. However, I know a lot of candlemakers that would point you in the worst possible sites just to point you off the path. Me, I am not that mean.
Also, do a search for candlemaking resources. A bunch of different sites will pop up. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer. There are a ton of suppliers and sites out there. Depending on where you are located, what your interested in, etc. it is impossible to give you a one size fits all answer. The different sites will give you a good idea of where to start in looking for what you want in your finished candle.
